Reconstitution Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water and we recommend that briefly centrifuge thevial prior to opening the vial .We recommend aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃.
Background
Relevance Associates with and regulates the activity of the sodium/potassium-transporting ATPase which transports Na+ out of the cell and K+ into the cell . Reduces glutathionylation of the NKA beta-1 subunit ATP1B1, thus reversing glutathionylation-mediated inhibition of ATP1B1. Induces a hyperpolarization-activated chloride current when expressed in Xenopus oocytes.
Involvement in Disease
Subcellular Location Cell membrane, Single-pass type I membrane protein
Protein Families FXYD family
Tissue Specificity FXYD3
