Endo-Toxic™ Anti-Mouse IgG, VHH (DT) is designed to evaluate the internalization kinetics and therapeutic potential of human IgG antibodies. It consists of a modified Diphtheria Toxin (DT)—devoid of its natural binding domain—coupled to a high-affinity recombinant VHH specific to the human IgG Fc region.
This tool is highly effective for screening antibody leads for ADC applications, as cytotoxicity is only triggered upon successful endocytosis. The 60 kDa recombinant complex ensures minimal steric interference while providing high sensitivity in cell-based potency assays.
